2008 Show Your True Colours Promo Terms & Conditions Customer Promotion Details: The Show Your True Colors Promotion is being held by Matchmaster Australia and New Zealand, over June and July 2008, giving Matchmaster customers the opportunity to receive official sports memorobilia free with purchases made on Domestic products (01MM-11MM). This year the Show Your True Colours Promotion involves the purchase of either $800, $1600, $3200 or $5500 worth of domestic products (ex GST). This can be accumulated over multiple purchases/invoices made during the promo period. Prizes include official sports gear of any NRL, AFL, Rugby or Soccer team, of the customer's choice. Promo items available for each sport must be of either an Australian or New Zealand nature and excludes other International teams. A full list of teams is available on the Matchmaster website. The promo giveaways are set on the corresponding flyer, and are as follows: $800 + GST = Cap OR Ball $1600 + GST = Polo Shirt $3200 + GST = Jersey $5500 + GST = Cap OR Ball + Polo Shirt + Jersey Conditions: * Offer valid on purchases made from 1st June 2008 to 31st July 2008. * Offer valid only on purchases made on domestic products (01MM-11MM) * Offer only valid to Matchmaster customers who have an account with Matchmaster. It is valid for a Matchmaster account holding Wholesaler to pass the promo item onto their customer but all claims must be made by the Matchmaster customer i.e. Wholesaler. * Purchases/invoices can be accumulated over the promo period for the purpose of attaining a prize on a higher level. * Promo items will be distributed at the end of June and again at the end of July, 14 days after the end of the month for orders placed in that month. * A maximum claim of 2 complete sports packs ($5500 + GST) applies per customer over the whole promo period. * Offer only valid for purchases made direct with a Matchmaster branch, official agent or rep. * Purchase levels are exclusive of GST. * This promo can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. * Promo items can not be exchanged for cash, credit or products. * This promo can be terminated at any time without notice. * Gift's will be allocated at Matchmaster's discretion in accordance with promotion guidelines and no responsibility will be taken for any lost or misplaced gifts. * Redemptions will only be accepted 14 days after the promo period ends. Promo items may be substituted if unavailable at the time of redemption. Promo Redemption Procedure: In order to redeem your team merchandise the Matchmaster customer is responsible for providing invoice and sales dollar information on their domestic (01MM-11MM) purchases to Matchmaster during the promo period. Sales to the value of the promo redemption levels does not mean automatic redemption. Redemption is not automatically dependent on sales, the redemption is only valid for Matchmaster account holders who provide the corresponding Matchmaster invoice numbers or customer purchase order numbers with dollar amounts and team merchandise requests. Redemption can be made by either filling in the form attached to the brochure, which can also be downloaded from the Matchmaster website, and faxing it to Matchmaster Head Office in Sydney or Wellington, NZ. Alternatively, you can redeem your prize by logging onto the Matchmaster website - www.matchmaster.com.au - follow the promo links and submit your information online. A claim can be made using multiple invoices/purchases made during the promo period, in order to increase the purchase amount and therefore the prize being redeemed. All submissions will be downloaded/collated once at the end of June 2008 and again at the end of July 2008, and all legitimate claims will be processed by Matchmaster Head Office in Australia and New Zealand and sent directly to the client.
