Matchmaster began operations in 1939. We commenced design and manufacture of television antennas in 1956, rapidly establishing ourselves as leaders in technology and product development with the creation and patent of the "G-unit" antenna system.
Matchmaster has enjoyed tremendous growth and undergone significant changes over the years and now has a 40% share of the Australian antenna and network component market.
But in that growth we have never lost sight of the foundations of our success. We remain a privately owned Australian company with an absolute commitment to technological excellence and outstanding service.

"Netplan" is a proprietary design program licensed exclusively to Matchmaster which ensures that your system is correctly designed from the beginning.
Matchmaster engineers use the "Netplan" design software and utilise sophisticated headend equipment to create television reception systems for a range of needs and varying sites. Our design service ensures that your reception system will flexibly and reliably access the growing range of communication options including SMATV, CATV, MATV and Digital Format.

Specialised Matchmaster Training
As part of our commitment to leading the industry we have designed specialised training programs in understanding the fundamentals of MATV, CATV, SMATV and digital formats, their assembly, installation and testing.
The courses are nationally accredited by the Vocational Education and Training Advisory Board (VETAB) and the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA).
The programs are recognised by the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), The Electronic Technicians Institute of Australia (TETIA) and the Television Electronic Services Association (TESA).
