The WISI Falcon compact video headend GF10 06408 transmodulates up to six DVB-S/S2 transponders into eight DVB-C (QAM) or DVB-T (COFDM) channels. Its integrated switching matrix simplifies assigning polarisations to each tuner, with no external hardware required. With four CI slots, scrambled services can be efficiently decrypted, multiplexed and output as free-to-air content. Services can be selected and routed to any output channel, and external video clips can be injected via USB or LAN. Perfect for VAST headend solutions for mine camps, offshore rigs, vessels and other remote commercial applications.
