Video Transcript

Hello and welcome to Matchmaster’s special first screening of the 01MM-V8.

The power of entertainment. Here is what it looks like fully constructed. Okay, let’s get started.

The first thing you need to do, is take the UHF element and slide it on the top of the balun. Look at its perfect long periodic design. A new level of high performance.

What makes it stand out, is its heavier duty construction, than the other twin boom antennas. Make sure the screw is nice and tight. Another great feature, is its simple set up snap lock design. This allow you to get the antenna through man holes in the ceilings and makes it compact for installers.

As you bolt on to the mast, notice we have a stainless steel U-bolt to protect against corrosion, as it occurs in coastal areas. Use the washers and nuts supplied to hold it all together. With the cable supplied, screw the connector to the output of the VHF balun and slide the rubber boot over. Then, use the cable tie to secure the RG6 cable along the boom.

As you can see, it is centre mounted, well balanced for easily installations. To add to this, Matchmaster has thrown in a 652 megahertz low pass filter in the connection box to help eliminate 4G interference.

Now you have completed constructing the V8, point it to the nearest transmitter. You can find out where your local TV transmitter is at matchmaster.tv or give us a call on 1800-AERIAL.

Thanks for watching.
